MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of CCF is to be a resource for families to help children develop habits that will increase their fitness. With increased fitness children can find more enjoyment in life and have better physical and mental health. We hope that these habits continue through their adult life. Our resources are applicable to all ages and all activity levels.
